HEAP ends this Friday, 4/13. Don’t Miss Out on Help with Heating Costs

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), which assists eligible households with offsetting their heating costs, is scheduled to close Friday, April 13, 2012. Folks who are interested in receiving a HEAP benefit for this year, or are experiencing a heating-related emergency should apply before April 13, 2012.
